"It’s all been part of the amazing journey," says Allan.
Having been with Obriens Boru for over 10 years,
he is actually not the bands newest member anymore.
Al has an alter ego, which we bring out when we play,
his Canadian name is "Permis d'Al Cool", which he picked up
many years ago playing at a "Love In"...

Peter's been in and around the music scene in the northeast
since there were dinosaurs...
No really, he's been playing drums since he was 4 yrs old
and has been playing in bands since he was about 12 yrs old.
He and Tom have been playing together for the past 25+ yrs.
At 53, Peter wonders sometimes why he didn't take up playing the flute...
"so much easier to carry and set up" says Petey
Petey is a lover of all music, especially Irish and looks forward
to St. Patty's Day at The Rhumbline in Gloucester, MA.,
which has been a tradition now for the past 20 years now...!!

Vinnie Mirisola
Violin, Steel Slide, Guitar,
Mandolin, Backing Vocals
Vinnie is the newest addition to the Boru Family.
Has been with us now for about 5 years...,
his multitude of talents are well worth having him aboard,
as he gives an energy that brings people to their feet.
...from flying around the room with his violin in hand flailing
away to one of our irish reels, or punching out
'The Devil Went Down To Georgia', or 'The South's
Gonna Do It Again', which are just some of his specialties.
He also has been playing The Jimmy Lehoux Band. A country band
that has landed him backing up the likes of Kenny Chesney at Gillette
Stadium in July of 2008. He's been in and around the
New England Music Scene for a number of years...
Vinnie is a fabulous asset to O'Brien's Boru!
